FeaturePlus is a fully hosted IP telephony solution designed for both small office and home office. It enables a business to administer and control its telephony requirements (including a whole array of calling and network features) through an on-line control panel. The service can either be provided with analogue or IP phones, depending on the customer's preference and size of office.

How does it work?
FeaturePlus can be used with either analogue or IP Phones. The hardware comes pre-configured from MB System Networks and is delivered and ready to use in a matter of days, not weeks. The 'On Screen' interface opens up access to a brand new world where customers are in control of what happens to their telephone calls both inbound and outbound.
Calls are routed over a broadband connection to the Gamma network, so customers will benefit from our lower calling costs. Couple this with FREE site to site calls and reduced line rentals and customers will see a reduction in their telephone bills and experience improved functionality with their service.
Who is it aimed at?
The service is ideal for a multi-sites with branch offices (up to 7 extensions) or a business with home/remote workers; as well as the above benefits your business can take advantage of remote user management (including moves, adds and changes), a unified short-code dial plan for all users and zero-rated site-to-site calls.
FeaturePlus Premium
FeaturePlus Premium is the enhanced version of the service that provides the optimal user experience. It centres on the Cisco SPA 5XX series IP Phones, Cisco's latest IP handsets manufactured to deliver the finest acoustic performance and best service reliability, as well as value added features including Music on Hold and Call Recording.
